Loyd-Fraker INV.LLC. was started in 2000, as a result of a Church project.
Mike Fraker's Church
(North Nixa Baptist) was adding a Fellowship Hall to their present facility.
Mike asked Ken Loyd to
assist in the project.
Mike's background had been twelve years in residential construction and subdivision development.
Ken Loyd's twenty year background had been in commercial building. A perfect match.
Upon completion of the North Nixa project, Mike and Ken formed Loyd-Fraker INV.LLC.
In addition to commercial and
residential developments, Loyd-Fraker INV.LLC.
acts as construction managers for churches, office warehouse, retail centers and custom homes.
Our objectives are reasonable and attainable: to provide a quality project, on schedule and within budget.
